Then the second is, is it's an actually a military term. When you have inner assurance, you reject negative thought patterns because you know they dont align with who God says you are. People who are whole understand that their completion comes only from Christ and that each season of life brings different trials and obstacles that threaten to break you and steal your wholeness. Wholeness is the state of being content, at peace, taken care of, and healed from the inside out. Are we truly a broken people with a contrite heart? And so this is what it says, starting in verse six, when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes and the tree was to be desired to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate, and she also gave some to her husband who was with her,and he ate. And that people are subtle at that. If I am someone who, man, I know I've got a lot of trauma and I've got a lot of pain relationally, there's a lot of fractures. Yeah. And what would God want us to do about that? And I know that for a lot of us were like, no, no, I got to get some stuff figured out yet before I start investing in anybody else. Where are you avoiding that fracture on your own heart that you don't want to take a look at? Hi everyone. A gift basket is not whole if a portion of the gift is lacking. You have more or less fractures in your life and there's any number of factors in that. And so oftentimes, there are certain types of people who will abuse relationships under the implication that you must, or you ought to, one of the passages that Cloud and Townsend use in their book, Boundaries, references Galatians 6 and this small, like three verse window, it talks about bear one another's burden.
